Remembering why we are here is very important, in my thinking.
Unless one wants the experience of not remembering.

but seriously isn't this exactly Monica's point? it's a slippery slope, missions, group activity, who's in or out... who's the leader?
I don't mind being the leader, I will lead our armies to victory for the glory of Ra. Forget about Earth, for under my lead Ra's dominion shall extend to all corners of Creation.
I think each and everyone of us has his own purpose into coming here. Honnestly I don't think my higher self planned much other for this incarnation than simply being here. At least this is how I felt, that life was a long neverending thing and that being here wasn't worse than anything else since I have to spend eternity one way or another. I think of this as my 7th incarnation on this sphere which may be why I feel this way and I do not think that would have been the case for prior incarnations where I probably had goals in mind while incarnating.
My Higher Self also seems to enjoy the forgetting. When me and another wanderer I know penetrated the veil, we both said that we wished to be asleep a while longer. While awakening I felt at a loss in my own growth toward what follows. I think 7D includes the lost of individuality which I feel is what I have to work in my mind during this incarnation. Thinking about losing individuality as a 3D incarnation where simply awakening feels like the loss of this incarnation's individuality seems fitting to gain new insights.
