My mom also has to take upteen meds for her painful condition of fibromyalgia. She gets angry when her pelvis hurts, and she can't bend down to do things. She has often said she wishes to die. Then that wears off on me. It's a viscous cycle.

Sometimes my own bones hurt. It feels like there's cancer in them. Sometimes my heart hurts. But I'm so ready to fly.

In the end, this will all be worth it.
