I think grasping the Law of One as expressed by Ra has more to do with a persons awareness and readiness based on the sum of their overall "Life"/Soul experience(s); Where that has led them in this life, and how much they listen and open up; not necessarily limited to being a wanderer. There are those who are simply ready for these lessons.
