The question doesn't make any sense. Reincarnation is the activity of souls incarnating. You said - 'let's say all three abrahamic prophets were reincarnated onto earth to aid humanity'. Well, if they are the ones reincarnating then yes they would be the same entities. Their souls would not be the same as they have or would have likely had more experiences between the times but since the suggestion is that those individuals are reincarnating then of course they would be the same souls or entities.
