To attain fifty-one percent dedication to the welfare of other-selves is as difficult as attaining a grade of five percent dedication to other-selves. The, shall we say, sinkhole of indifference is between those two.

Is it really "as difficult"? It seems to me that the dedication required for service to self harvestability is more difficult, and Ra indicates elsewhere in the material that our sub-Logos is skewed towards the positive. How is it just as difficult? Why does Ra say this?

I think it's an interesting question asking about the equivalency of the difficulty of attaining harvestability via the 2 paths.

Ra has given us 2 numbers here: 51% and 5% (or 49% and 95%).

If we correlate this to other information that they offered us in regards to 'harvestability', we maybe able to get a firmer idea of what those numbers might actually translate to, in terms of something perhaps more concrete.

in terms of energetics, a postive entity is weighed on their violet ray spectrum (overall balance), with a specific interest in the primary energy centres (chakras 1, 3, and 5).  

a negative entity is examined for their orange and yellow ray energy centres, which correspond to being able to enforce control, respectively, over the self (orange ray) and other-selves (yellow ray).

what does 51% correlate to?  I would say that in terms of energy, one is radiating more than one is absorbing: "The Significator of the Spirit is that living entity which either radiates or absorbs the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator, radiates it to others or absorbs it for the self."

the positive entity also is required to enable a minimum level of heart-level kundalini, which also corresponds to work being done via the spirit channel (ie, anything yellow ray and below is still 'physical'): "The next foundation ray is yellow. This is the great stepping stone ray. At this ray the mind/body potentiates to its fullest balance."

The lifting of the Veil at 4d is essentially somewhat 'shocking', and unless someone has demonstrated their ability to work with the unconscious, and the influxes of the spirit channel, they won't be able to survive there in terms of their consciousness. ie, to learn and do 4d work.

in terms of a 5% grade for the other path, that would correspond to a very high degree of the closing of the heart chakra - that is, being able to not see the other self as being self.  Entry into 4d negative space also involves the lifting of the Veil, and unless one is able to maintain the illusion of the separate self (by closing the heart, and being able to convince oneself that the unconscious is not a universal unconscious - ie selective control of the influxes via the spirit channel) then again, one won't be able to do work in negative 4d social memory complexes.  The negative entity relies on the Illusion of separation, which is a fundamental falsehood.

You can also see here, that before the construct of the novel idea of the Veil in 3d, it was impossible to polarise negative.  You can't envision the possibility of a separate self if the Veil is not enabled.  If that Choice is not enabled in 3d (by having the Veil in place, and making a free will choice of interpreting the other-self as being self, or interpreting the other-self as being non-self), then the higher density constructs of positive and negative can't be enabled.

so for harvestability for a negative entity, will power and selective control are essential, which is a combination of mental patterns in orange and yellow, plus an intent not to see the other-self as self via green.

Because a negative entity can't use green ray for spiritual work like a positive entity can, they have to springboard directly to indigo ray, and the use of intelligent energy.  That 5% level of STO means the level of suppresion of green ray so that consciousness can rise to indigo.

I am thinking that indigo level kundalini is the requirement for negative harvest (along with the blockages in orange and yellow ray), because a negative entity has to be able to do spiritual work in 4d, and indigo is the only ray available to them because they have eschewed the use of green ray love, and blue ray integrated self.

In terms of the overall numbers, it seems a huge gulf between 51% and 5%.  But in terms of being able to do 'spiritual work', the amount of effort may be equivalent.  It requires the same amount of considered choice, the same amount of self-awareness, and the same degree of choosing a way to relate to the other self in the general, rather than the specific.
