I have been trying to meditate for quite a while now. My mind is just racing most of the time while doing so and almost like clockwork when I am finally calming something clicks, makes noise, car alarm goes off, etc.
What are some things that help you meditate and how exactly do you know if you are doing it right?
Yesterday I tried to force myself to meditate for so long my legs had gone numb and it was quite painful when I was trying to move
Oh and one last thing, how can I remove the weird feeling I get like something is watching me while I try to meditate
