my feeling is that the 'Harvesting Process' started in earnest at that time.  Much like any harvest (of crops, fields) it takes time, and isn't instantaneous.  So there were many souls that died in the last - say 30-50 years - and have been waiting for the Harvest to begin.  They didn't need to to incarnate again, and so were part of the process.  My feeling is that any deaths since 2011-2012, those individuals have the process of Harvest applied to them -

The third group watching over this process is that group you call the Guardians. This group is from the octave above our own and serves in this manner as light-bringers. These Guardians provide the precise emissions of light/love in exquisitely fastidious disseminations of discrimination so that the precise light/love vibration of each entity may be ascertained.

That last part - "so that the precise light/love vibration of each entity may be ascertained" - determines where you end up.  It's not about succeeding/failing Harvest, it's more about the proper place to continue one's learning path.  If one can sustain the positive vibrations of a 4d Positive Planet, one will return here, if one has the fortitude and strength to survive in a 4d Negative planet, one will be directed there.  Wanderers get to go home, if their biases haven't been impacted too greatly by unloving actions/thoughts.  People who need further 3d experience will find an appropriate planet.  So it's not about a moral judgement on someone; it's just assessing where the right situation for someone is.  And this can only happen when the incarnation has ceased accumulating experience; ie, the person is dead.  And it happens on an individual basis.

I'm sure that while the planet is still in a state of crisis that the future will be quite remarkable because of the positive shifts in consciousness happening.

My feeling is that this planet will be increasingly populated with Dual Activated 4d Positive Graduates.  They will be the face of change. As all the old guard die off, these are the heart activated Noobies that will take up positions in government, business, and the judiciary.  They will make positive decisions, because, well, they are positively-oriented individuals.  Their choices will impact the world in a positively-leaning direction.  And so the momemtum towards a coherent, unified, positively-oriented society will happen both one death at a time, and one birth at a time.  Day-by-day, hour-by-hour, the scales on Planet Earth are being shifted towards 4d positivity.  It's absolutely inevitable, and absolutely unstoppable.  Earth is a guaranteed 4d positive planet, and we are lucky enough to be witnesses as this microscopic, but also telescopic, shift is underway.
