My school dreams were different. But if I had a dream like your's I'd pay attention. I'd take it serious.
The exact details of the school and the people are probably different per person who experiences them. The subconscious picks images that we associate with what it wants us to experience. But the message was very clear. And I think your interpretation is correct.
(The other type of school dream usually deals with being late, not having studied or being unable to find the classroom.. This is a common but different type of dream

On another note... Keep your eyes on her eyes is good advice, but don't be bothered by your own sincere appreciation of her physical presence. There isn't a person in the world who would be offended by that as long as he or she is there as a real person fist. This is a natural polarity attraction and not a "dark desire".... I think you bumped into your superego (schoolmaster is the most basic representation of a superego!) there.
You say you want to go back... I think you should accept that you're already there NOW. Your dream is merely an expression of it. Accept downloads and insights that change you... Whenever in a pickle, ask yourself what would I do if I had been on that school for the last 10 years... You'd be surprised how natural the answers flow from such a question. Maybe you've been there all along?
Seriously, ask that question.
