It's very focused work, and in the quote, Ra notes that it involves polarity, and faith in one's infinite worth as the creator. Ra describes Matrix of the Mind (will) and Potentiator (subconscious) as this:
What that describes is that with each successful attempt at "penetrating" intelligent infinity, one dips deeper and more thoroughly. So it's likely we've all had moments of penetrating intelligent infinity, else we wouldn't even be attempting to look at the world through the eyes of a sixth density entity. But, the more dedicated one is, the more often attempts are made, and the more "thoroughly" each attempt opens the indigo, and the more reality takes on those affects.
So, I think that most of us here have likely had "peeks" at the indigo ray, a couple times at least. The next step is about whether or not one decides that they want to actively crystallize the indigo ray so that the energy is -more- "readily" able to be tapped. Ironically, of course, this means one must spend lots of time in their lower chakras.
Quote:The Matrix of Mind is that from which all comes. It is unmoving yet is the activator in potentiation of all mind activity. The Potentiator of the Mind is that great resource which may be seen as the sea into which the consciousness dips ever deeper and more thoroughly in order to create, ideate, and become more self-conscious.
