I've contemplated this quote recently, as it has always confounded me some. I've seen many who interpret it to mean that one who penetrates intelligent infinity may then basically teleport around the universe, as if a superhuman. And maybe this is partly true. As Ra says, one individual, purified of all flaws, could move a mountain.
But I think there is a more practical interpretation that is fitting for those of us flawed folks, perhaps closer to what Ra intended. Perhaps Ra intended more to indicate that an entity who penetrates intelligent infinity has no hindrance to their beingness. They may live their life (walk the universe) without any distortion to block them from being instruments of service and the love of the Creator. Similarly to Ra's perfectly balanced entity, this unfettered tread means there is no distortion within this entity's response to the creation around it. Its tread is not necessarily unfettered from the physical bounds of the universe (who knows though), but is rather unfettered by catalytic response.
But it's tricky, given the context of the quote. In the same answer, Ra said, "The activation, while in yellow ray, of violet-ray intelligent infinity is a passport to the next octave of experience." Hard to understand what exactly that means too, and what exactly the "next octave of experience" is. (Is it literally the next octave, or was Ra referring to a density as an octave of experience?)
