Perhaps Ra intended more to indicate that an entity who penetrates intelligent infinity has no hindrance to their beingness. They may live their life (walk the universe) without any distortion to block them from being instruments of service and the love of the Creator. Similarly to Ra's perfectly balanced entity, this unfettered tread means there is no distortion within this entity's response to the creation around it. Its tread is not necessarily unfettered from the physical bounds of the universe (who knows though), but is rather unfettered by catalytic response.
But it's tricky, given the context of the quote. In the same answer, Ra said, "The activation, while in yellow ray, of violet-ray intelligent infinity is a passport to the next octave of experience." Hard to understand what exactly that means too, and what exactly the "next octave of experience" is. (Is it literally the next octave, or was Ra referring to a density as an octave of experience?)
That is a good observation Austin.
I tend to think your interpretation is correct, as well as the other (within a certain context). I think tapping into intelligent infinity simply yields access to more of what we really are: the creator. Certainly, even with access to intelligent infinity there are a variety of limitations to the physical human body, so wearing it naturally would not allow complete free walk about the universe. However, I think access to those energies while still in incarnation allows for what some would consider "supernatural" feats to be performed. By supernatural, I mean simply that: a super or even more natural order that precedes the order of reality we are familiar with which molds that level of reality. As above, so below, and so on. Also, like you brought up with the purified individual being able to move a mountain, or spoon bending, or other weird and spooky action at a distance.
As for your second quote there, I have puzzled over that also, since Ra doesn't exclusively use the word octave to refer to only 8th density, but rather, any system of 7 levels. I tend to think Ra meant it in the sense of "next density of experience".

Being freed from karmic chains. That sort of thing. The more one becomes in-tune with intelligent infinity, the more they become aware of the options available for having experiences, and can wisely choose between them in such a way that fits their overall spiritual goals.
I think it's important to keep in mind that Ra considers a single human life to be transient in the extreme and has a VERY 'big picture' perspective, at least relative to us. Whenever he speaks cosmically, I tend to assume he's referring to larger scales unless he specifies that he's talking about 3rd density existence. (But I could be wrong there.)
This is also a really good observation.
I really resonate with that. Walk the universe with unfettered tread could imply we, embracing our creator hood fully, are then free to embrace whatever we might embrace as a conscious experience in the infinity that is us. It is interesting to think about what happens to a person who has achieved enlightenment. If the ego is the sense of separation, and enlightenment is the dissolution of that ego (the line between self and everything else), does that consciousness then become identified with All That Is? That is what I currently think is opening up to violet ray intelligent infinity. Essentially what people throughout history have called "liberation". It is like a withdrawal of consciousness away from the specific and personal and back to the impersonal awareness of oneness as a whole.
