I studied the Castaneda books intensively for years, re-reading each many times, underlining pertinent passages. I studied them the way I study the LOO and Seth books now. I would not be where I am without them.

I must say, also, that of the 2000+ books that I have read, none was more compelling than the Castaneda books; none held my rapt attention as those did. They are gripping.
