The people were all pointing and filming a guy in a spider man suit the ship is cgi.
Remember it is very very rare for any positive entities to appear to anyone at all at this time.

Also we have to remember that 90% of these could be military unmanned crafts and 9% of them could be Orion/negative oriented and that 1% could be some type of benevolence.
