I am not going to lie, I believe you have an advanced negative being attached to you. I believe he could have "influence" all the way up to your heart chakra area. There are certain "canditates" that are birthed with these beings pre-attached.  These beings are more liken to lower-mid astral planes thought forms, that have been advanced/personalized to a degree almost reaching what we call an entity. The candidates are intercepted as the soul/shard is first moving from space/time to time/space. Some would associate it as the focusing phase rather then anything traveling. However there is a small window when the soul is doing this, and the lower-mid astral thought form/ entity is attached as the soul moves to inhibit/co-create the body/mind. Usually growing with the entity. This is a service to a higher density entity moving to wander in 3d, in that the shadow self will be much more shown/aggressive in a manner. This also serves the serve self agenda in the form of an in-road to your energies, and being able to energize/block these energy centers. Also it allows the knowing of your time/space location giving them access to find your space/time location. The energies you feel warping your body are a road map to what you need to work on. The only way to shake such an entity is to dominate it or bring your energy to a degree to which it can no longer partake in your experience. I only was able to shake such entity on LSD full blast. When the entity was shook loose. it did something to my heart chakra like if a tentacle was wrapped around it, and I just pulled it loose ruggedly. It felt like my heart energy popped. Take heart the candidates I speak of are of the strongest threat to them. They are afraid of releasing to many of these thought forms. I believe many of the candidates I speak of are of a negative past and jumped from 4d negative to try and jump to a 4d positive potential. I cannot explain it but, this is what feels true to me. When trying to control/dominate the creature will be of the Dark side approach, as the bring your energies up to a degree where it can no longer stay attached. Is the Radiant side approach.
