Is it something real or just a new age nonsense ?

I think it's real, but it doesn't cause higher consciousness, rather, DNA changes occur in response to changes in consciousness.

I also don't think most of it (referring to the DNA upgrades) is physically observable, rather, it is simply the 4th density physical portion of the "dual body". It doesn't coincide with our spatial continuum. But basically the upgrades are just a reflection of what extent we are tapping into 4D energies.
