There has always been some level of noise in my vision, and I have never felt as if I see things clearly, even though my sight is perfect with my glasses on.

Yes, it could be described as a laser dot, but it only lasts for a fraction of second, and sometimes the entire second. And, most lasers produce yellow light. The "flashing dots" I see are always white.
As for that background noise, yes, that would be perfect explanation for this "metalflake" vision.. Try focusing on a very small portion of your vision, preferably one tiny dot of that noise, and see what comes out. I get some strange visions when I do that.

But could you be more specific? Why don't you describe the things you have, compared to mine? To be honest, I haven't met anyone yet seeing or having exactly the same things I do, lol. (no ego intended!)
Most of the people I've met had mostly their own stuff, sometimes variations.
For example, I only know a few people who see this "flame in the sky" thing (no 6)
If you're having EXACTLY the same I do, then there is something really really credible and IMPORTANT going on here, and that would prove a lot of things!
So please, provide some more info, will ya?
