I think I have been doing this correctly, but just would like others to chime in.
When I send love to someone or something, I usually have an intention to do so.
Sometimes this will be accompanied with a feeling in my heart chakra.
I imagine green loving light (or sometimes pink) going out towards where I want.
But how does the love we send affect others? Does it somehow interact with their aura? Or their field?
I'm interested because many NDErs say that the purpose of life is to love.
So I don't want to be caught off guard and feel like I didn't live up to my potential when I have my life review.
I want to make up for past mistakes.
Maybe I can do this by loving another. There is physical love as well that I might be able to do in this life.
Though I do love my dog, but I think loving another person is a bit different.
I want to feel like I've done my job well while I am alive, before there's no chance to fix things in time/space.
