A more practical question: What's the advantage of knowing energy centers and how can you work with them?
We can't see these centers and energy flow but we can feel it in our body and see some manifestations and alerts. I think the advantage of becoming the adept is to know what are your main study areas of mind/body/spirit complex to keep watch over and to work at.
It's also good to know the order of the chakras. Ra recommends to start building the fundaments of mind/body as preparation for spiritual (healing) work.
But later Ra gives some different exercises for general developement of the reader:
1. The moment contains love. That is the lesson/goal of this illusion or density. The exercise is to consciously seek that love in awareness and understanding distortions. The first attempt is the cornerstone ...
2.-4. See Creator in every other-self, self and creation.
Prerequisite: predilection towards what may be called meditation, contemplation, or prayer.
This looks like building from the middle or from top! So: In what order should one work?
