I Must Admit hookah is extremely grounding for me.

I'll attempt some of those suggestions.

I don't feel like I hold a charge as much as get 'dirty' with others energy, like paint on a canvas. Any suggestions for 'cleaning' the peripherals of the energetic body? Or does the same answers apply?
