I'm not here to debate, I know people can see truth if they are exposed to it, I'm here to provide that, the rest is up to each and everyone of us.
Where did I mock you? I'm sorry if you felt I was talking down to you, but the evidence is just not compelling to me.
I simply asked for proof. You provided conspiracy videos which didn't provide anything substantial. Just bad science from my perspective.
I've watched all those videos you've posted here well before this thread even, and in my humble opinion, they don't constitute good proof at all. I've waded through countless conspiracy vids on anything and everything, and these videos cut and paste, take things out of context, and generally jump to all sorts of conclusions. I've also seen tons of visual anomalies like this in various video players, so graphical anomalies quite simply don't mean everything is being faked either. Consider this is being streamed down from space, and we all know how intermittent satellites can be (but I guess you don't even think satellites exist, so I can see why you wouldn't consider interference between space and earth to be a factor).
The whole "NASA admits we can't leave low Earth orbit" is taken out of context all the time. The reason is because we haven't built a vessel (in the public domain at least), that has the necessary radiation shielding for transiting humans across the van allen belts, that has those capabilities since the moon landing. We simply haven't had a reason to. Flat Earthers have taken that statement out of context like crazy. This is an example of a few facts being gathered, and then a story, or mythos, collecting around those facts, and then the heard is being encouraged to follow.
Also consider that just because CGI technology is getting better, doesn't mean that everything is being faked. Much of these technologies are being used for demonstration purposes, much as meteorologists do with green screens pointing to weather phenomena. Just because a moon landing video was faked (and I'm not necessarily saying it was), even that wouldn't mean we didn't go to the moon as another example. People draw far too many conclusions. I'm guilty of it too sometimes.
I'm not saying there are no conspiracies, I just don't believe this particular one is a well founded one. At the end of the day, people are going to filter all information through their belief systems, and transcending belief systems is probably the most difficult thing in existence. More and more I'm valuing objectivity.
I also think it is weird how in so many flat earther videos, they always say space is fake, and then they immediately proceed forth with, "all lens corrected videos of space show a flat earth." Doesn't that seem weird? That they assert the fakeness of space, and assert that it is all CGI, and then turn around in the same second, and then use it as PROOF for their position? I'm just not convinced by the objectivity of the people who post videos like that.
