Thoughts for Cape Town, and the Water Crisis

Theme: As you may have heard, Cape Town (in South Africa) is undergoing a water crisis.
There are certain things about modern living we take for granted: running water, always on electricity, safe transportation, fast internet, mobile phones.
When one of those becomes at risk, panic and fear can set in.
And so we can offer our thoughts to this city of 4 million people, as they face this situation.
