I only saw the first page of the PDF you attached, but in every quote the premises are false - not all life has to pass through the human stage of evolution. Only evolving life passes through stages of evolution. There are many, many entities, created by Logos or sub-Logos, who help to run the show behind the scenes. They do not evolve.
