To attain fifty-one percent dedication to the welfare of other-selves is as difficult as attaining a grade of five percent dedication to other-selves. The, shall we say, sinkhole of indifference is between those two.

Is it really "as difficult"? It seems to me that the dedication required for service to self harvestability is more difficult, and Ra indicates elsewhere in the material that our sub-Logos is skewed towards the positive. How is it just as difficult? Why does Ra say this?

In 90.21, Ra says:

Our suggestion was that within the experiential nexus of each entity within its second-density environment and within the roots of mind there were placed biases indicating to the watchful eye the more efficient of the two paths.

In 90.23, Ra says:

I am Ra. No. There have been Logoi with greater percentages of negative harvests. However, the biasing mechanisms cannot change the requirements for achieving harvestability either in the positive or in the negative sense. There are Logoi which have offered a neutral background against which to polarize. This Logos chose not to do so but instead to allow more of the love and light of the Infinite Creator to be both inwardly and outwardly visible and available to the sensations and conceptualizations of mind/body/spirits* undergoing Its care in experimenting.

It seems to me that it is "as difficult" to harvest in either direction in the sense that the overall energy reading (from the violet) ray is equivalent. This is true for every entity in the third density in every galaxy. Some Logoi, like our own, have inserted biases toward one path or the other, and this creates the perception that that path is easier or more efficient. In actuality, the comment on the greater efficiency is more applicable to the entire path through every density, since entities must have an STO polarity to finish out 6D. The positive path feels more appropriate in our 3D experience but, again, is just as difficult as the negative path - in the same way that carrying a 10-lb watermelon to a picnic table would be more appropriate than carrying a 10-lb box of bricks but no less taxing.
