Can we safely channel our higher self?

By coincidence, I've just posted a new thread about chatting to your higher self. It turns out our HS is embodied within us in our third eye chakra, rather than being somewhere "out there" as I had assumed before. Communicating with the HS by, basically, speaking to the middle of your forehead is very easy and the "reception" super clear, at least for me it has been. I don't see any problems with it.

Q'uo have said that the channel between you and your HS is protected and not subject to interference, and now it's obvious why. The HS is a part of you, in you, right here with you.
