Yeah, that's true. Ultimately, I choose to use it as a warning to be still and mindful. To CALM DOWN and just move out of my head into my heartspace.
That's the interpretation I CHOOSE to go with.
I had a fearful idea when I awoke, which led to me getting up and then that lead to my argument with my parents, which lead to much spiritual growth and now I'm in a MUCH better place than I was even yesterday!
Ultimately, I CHOOSE the interpretation which best serves. And that's the one where I look at it as "The more you freak out and try to control things, the more out of control they get. Try to control the fear, and it shall be even more powerful. Worrying about it just leads to more worry"
Anyway, my solution is to enter my heartspace and meet each and every moment with love and faith.
Also, to ground myself by doing things which ground me and to send off excess kundalini energy out to my friend who needs it, as well as to try and integrate my wisdom into my being for growth and spiritual development.
