I didn’t attend any of his sessions, rather I listened on as you did. But he gives a lot of material to contemplate so i would busy myself with his talks by contemplating them. I don’t really listen to him much anymore because I had taken all that I could from his talks and moved on. He is biased towards Buddhism and the spiritual traditions of the East whereas I am biased towards the Western. So our paths kind of diverged but we are both seekers within the positive polarity. And he has been an incredible help. He’s not for everyone, he’s not one for “idiot compassion.” (Something I like about him actually.)

Yes and the chakra bands he mentions is very interesting. There does indeed seem to be a resonance between chakras 2-4-6 (soft line, love) and chakras 1-3-5-7 (hard line, wisdom).
