I can channel Ra too. When doing channeling like that I always do the lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram first nowadays.
They are a very dense energy. I only did them once, and it was like 15 minutes I lasted, but I can go further next time I'm sure.

I'm not much of a trance channel, cause I have trouble letting go.

If I want deep info, I usually channel Metatron.

Then there's the anthros of the star system Alcyoni, about 1753 lightyears from Earth in the constellation Pegasus.
I am in daily communication and energy work/exchanges with a couple of beings there. One being is 5.25D and the other is 5.35D.
