Spinning in dreams or meditation

I wondered if anyone else experiences this.
It's a feeling of spinning really fast often out of the body during dream sleep or meditation.
During meditation it tends to start well into meditation, 15mins+ and feels rocking at first.
In dreams there is often a story first.
It's a very powerful sensation, often upward spiraling, not unpleasant, in fact quite nice.
It’s happening to me quite a lot of late.


I was looking for info on a spinning and found a thread tied into ear tones. Something else I get too.

I'm curios if anyone knows if Ra, Quo mentions this (I tried a search but Wasn’t sure if I was searching the right terms.) I’d be grateful if anyone had any experience or knowledge to share
