I am not suggesting that the magnetic field cased the trauma. I am suggesting that the magnetic field affected the birds in such a way that they were flying without coordination. This caused them to slam into trees, buildings, and each other.

I would include that speculation as a possibility. It may even have zero probability. But, to actually conclude that cause, at this point, is ridiculous and irresponsible in my opinion.
