The blue orb described here I see often, at the times also described here. An epidemic? ;-)

The circle of light with a star in it I saw the first time last week, when I woke up in the morning. Funny thing is that I had just read up some on Kriya yoga, but I have no personal experience with that. Monica, reading what you wrote here gave me a bit of a jolt!
