The color of the juice can correspond to the chakra you need the most energy for. For me, it is indigo/purple stuff.
They also tend to absorb more chi/prana compared to light colored fruits.
So colors are a bit weird in how we perceive it. A red fruit is absorbing spectrum of light and bouncing red off of it. So red is actually the least absorption. It is different for colored gems that are transparent and pass light through.
I sometimes work 5-10 hours worth of massage work in a day. Using the ayurvedic practice of 1-2 meals per day, and not digesting anything during the activity times, is much cleaner fuel efficiency.
My co workers don't have energy unless they eat, and get meat. I start eating it, and I don't have any energy for 2-6 hours due to digestion. Due to recalibrating the content of the chi lacking food that is. So I get energy when the sun is out and I feel a loss when the sun sets, like a solar collector. Regardless of whether I am inside or outside. Outside is better of course for absorption.
This is how the old ascetics were able to fast for so long without any problems. People were throwing them fresh fruit yes, but also because they were nearly naked out in the sun all the time.
Ymar, as time goes by do you feel less need for food if you compare to say five years ago ? Just curious, as it is definitely my case.
Very much need the outdoor too and feel the same about sunset
