I feel too, the inner dialogue that IndigoSalvia speaks about is so useful.
I think mediation happens in all kinds of different ways to each one. But for me because most of my meditations go through at the end a blissful moment of gratitude, I find it incredibly nourishing, but you know, all paths lead to Rome.. lol well let's say rather to gentle Infinity.. lol lol
