I'm not pushing this product at all; it isn't even aimed at non-health professionals. It does give me optimism that we continue to see positive breakthroughs in health that I choose to believe comes from our accelerating move out of 3D, probably with the help of Wanderers in the health professions. My favorite of the highlights:
Dan Siegel, MD:
Why Relationships Are so Critical to the Developing Mind
Interpersonal Neurobiology and the Developing Mind
The Biochemistry of Humiliation: Why Humiliation Can Be Toxic to a Developing Brain
How to "Re-Develop" the Brain
How to Utilize Mindsight to Influence Interpersonal Neurobiology
John Arden, PhD:
Rewire the Brain: Think Your Way to A Better Life
FEEDing Your Brain
Working with the the Amygdala and the "Worry Circuit"
How to Introduce Brain-Based Treatment into Your Practice
Want to Improve Memory? Try Cultivating Attention
Exercise, Sleep, Food, and Humor: Welcome to Brain Fitness
So why did I post this in this thread? I guess because the brain hosts the pineal gland. I have no opinion regarding fluoride, but this brain research implies other ways to improve the physical home of our minds.
