Here's an exercise: That little child in your example...let's say he grows up and becomes a killer too. Would you feel the same joy killing the killer who was once the victim?

seeing the perpetrators suffer would bring joy to me. if there is something wrong with that in someones eyes i really dont care.

You seem to have everyone neatly categorized into 'good' and 'evil.'

But what about the child who was horribly abused, and because he never received any healing or love, grew up to be a killer too?

the message i get from you is that u are saying to the abusers

oh gee im sorry if your hand got bruised while u were beating me up. what can i do to help you get better. is that what u are saying that u as an individual have no rights only the abusers do.

and just one last point monica . are u saying u wouldnt invite me over for dinner if u had the chance because our views are diametrically opposed

Gosh, norral, I don't expect people to agree with me, in order to be friends! If I were friends only with those who shared all my views, then I wouldn't have very many friends! I respect the views of others, even if I disagree. We are all entitled to our own opinions!

Of course, I would be happy to have you over for dinner! As long as you don't mind vegetarian food, of course!
