Aren't restaurants the majority contributor to the profit of meat?
Seems likely to me.
(I get so frustrated with the idea that homeowners should start the electrical reduction revolution. Let me know when the five hotels down the road at twenty percent occupancy turn their electricity off. )
I don't eat out. I have greatly reduced meat consumption. When I do eat it, it's likely to be venison. For what it's worth. Whatever. I let my family eat what they want. My kids love meat. I will not ask them to kill an animal with their bare hands to see how they feel about it
