I'll provide quotes since you asked. Even though you say that you don't care whether what you say is "wrong," I'll continue the discussion because it seems like you wish to.

Yes, the dual activated beings are harvested, 4D beings. Yes, they are incarnating into our 3rd density environment, but they are not "wandering." This is their home for 4D existence.

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. These entities are not Wanderers in the sense that this planetary sphere is their fourth-density home planet. It is a privilege to be allowed this early an incarnation as there is much experiential catalyst in service to other-selves at this harvesting.

The "veil-related" things do not wait until after 4D activation, as we see from these exchanges:

They are not infringing upon the first distortion because they are children now and they won’t be old enough to really affect any of the polarization until the transition is well advanced. However, the Wanderers who have come here are older and have a greater ability to affect the polarization. They must do their affecting as a function of their ability to penetrate the forgetting process in order to be within the first distortion. Is this correct?

Wanderers are third-density activated, even the 4D ones. Wandering includes subjecting oneself to the forgetting. The dual-activated beings are incarnating here for 4D work, in 4D bodies and in the 4D sphere, but since 3D is interpenetrating to such a great extent, they must take on a 3D body as well to help aid the transition to 4D. Their veil is thinner and their mission is different from the Wanderers of Ra's definition.

Do I post this to prove you wrong or to prove myself right? Absolutely not. I post this for the same exact reason I brought it up to begin with: so we can all be on the same page as each other and as Ra when discussing dual activated entities and Wanderers. God knows I need help understanding the intricacies of the Ra material sometimes, and I'm grateful to those willing to discuss it with me on these forums.
