That's a very interesting connection, I forgot about Ra saying that any "confederation" UFO seen were thought forms generated by human mass subconscious.

Many, but not all. The confederation will create experiences for their 'soul group' wanderers, such as to materialize craft, just to 'wake them up'.

Do you think that the "Phoenix Lights" were something like that?

Do you think the Confederation exhibits things like the Phoenix Lights to gauge our reaction?

Phoenix lights were apparently something impressive that failed to get filmed. Apparently what was filmed, and shown as the lights, were A10 flares. Why flares were coincident with the real incident is anyone's guess.

I'm fairly certain they already know our reactions, as they can easily read individual and mass mind-patterns, biases, ideas, etc. The purpose of contact is to nudge without introducing something which has not already been prepared for or expected, by the collective or individual, in the 'roots of mind'. It's a game between orion and confed, so the manifestations are quite customized in all of their perceived characteristics. Most often for the individual contact, the outward manifestation is often accompanied by inward telepathic communication of some kind.
