Welcome Amara! That would be amazing to be able to have an actual chat with a higher being, I wish for it but it hasn't come yet.

I was reading last night (from bashar) that you can't force the changes to happen because by doing so that space remains filled and there is no room for new ideas/changes to come in. You have to stop thinking for a while to create an empty space, then everything you ask for will start to happen. This has been helpful because I'm way too enthusiastic and want things now, and then feel disheartened when nothing happens.

As for 4d though, I'm so ready for it, bring it on
