Thank you so much Nyu ....I'm so grateful to be where I am right now ... here and Here! I'll go ahead and fill out my profile, then 
I've only been exposed to the Ra Material for a little over a year, which is surprising for me since it resonates so deeply. I suppose I just couldn't experience it until now. Funny how understanding unfolds sometimes. I love seeing the Perfection in things like that ... it helps me to relax and know it's all done ... I just have to keep choosing Love so I can enjoy the ride and take it all in! I guess that's the gist of it for me ...
I guess I'm here on this forum like everyone else. Most of the people in my life are about growing in consciousness for sure, and those with Amma about Selfless Service as well, but because the Ra Material is so specific in its angle of perception and even has its own vernacular, it's great to connect with others on this level and reinforce what I'm experiencing ... which leads me back to our topic ...
Penetrating the Forgetting ... As appealing as it may seem to consciously access a knowing of who we are beyond the story of 'us' in this illusion, I have to agree that we did go to an awful lot of trouble to create the veil of forgetting and agreed to be subject to it when we came here. That being said, maybe we've taken full advantage of said veil, it's not of value to us any more (I mean, we're here talking about it, right?) and I can see us just naturally gaining greater and deeper perspective of Reality from this point forward. I'm sure we all know we've stepped across a threshold that many on this planet haven't dared to even glimpse. That same yearning that got us this far will pull us forward into remembering Who we Are.
Remembering may not happen in our 'conscious' reality as we're moving about in our mundane lives perhaps the way we would want, like intense flashes of alien landscapes and cultures. However, if everything is metaphor, perhaps if we look at who we are now within the illusion, examine what we have come to truly value and look at what we've manifested in our lives without the judgement that we've done it all unconsciously, maybe there are clues to who we were before we were here. For example, both my husband and I grew up in sub-tropic Georgia, but are now blissfully living in the California High Desert. We feel sooooo at home here. It makes no sense whatsoever! However, I just read about someone's remembering of the planet that they came from and it was desert-like. I never considered that before! Fun.
I have to say, tho, rather than linger around remembering yet another illusory life, I'm more compelled to just jump directly to identifying with Source. That's where my true longing springs from. All the rest will fall into place from there, eh?
