I feel much better today I took into account what many of you said and meditated on sending love and light through me and I feel much better today! Also about the water thing I have not been drinking as much water as I should because my towns water is fluoridated and I have rain water in a plastic container but I just found out plastic is also poisonous to the body with BPA... I dont know what to do..
