SUNgazing: Communion with the Sub-Logos - Spiritual and Health Implications

Some months ago an Austrian documentary about Breatharianism was running in independent cinemas in the German-speaking countries. Missed it, though my Brother found it quite interesting and more than fair to the subject matter. Probably it's available on DVD now.

However, this is what Q'uo has to say on the topic:

Nevertheless, sun-gazing certainly has its merits. But as I've lived more or less out of sync with daylight-time for years I've taken up imaginary sun-bathing. While meditating I imagine being right inside our dear LOGOS, inhaling its light into my whole body. Quite invigorating
And good for my rather light-sensitve eyes.
