I've had experience before, but they charge over $100 for a session. I had them do a program for lucid dreaming in addition to the normal routine they do, but that didn't work. After the session I had mental exhaustion.
Not worth the price in my opinion, but that's just me. I've gotten much more improvement in my energy flow by changing diet and changing my water and doing my own internal work. Even hypnosis gave me better results.
I've also taken up sungazing and that has by far the greatest impact of other methods I've tried.
