No matter whether in University, shopping centres, pubs, or on the streets I could feel an unrest in most people, if not a fierceness, they were unaware of but had a lowering effect on my mood. That was 2006/7, I don't like to know how the Dubliners/Irish are now, with the Celtic tiger turned into a lame duck. Similar the UK. To me it is no wonder why so many through all classes in these two countries regularly resort to drinking sprees. May they be open to L&L!
My own personal idea of hell is the Munich Oktoberfest. Sitting in one of these big tents, surrounded by drunk people, all the noise and the smell of vomit and sweat mingled with cheap perfumes... and yet millions go there voluntarily for the fun of it .
Thank god it is over tomorrow. My neighbors arrived late this morning, the elevator smells of booze and now they are yelling at each other.
