jmf_tracy,
I'm glad to see that Monica's information helped you to reconsider that the Enagic machines are truly remarkable and are on their own level of quality.
I actually bought a Kangen water machine from Monica after seeing the DVD and doing my due diligence on the benefits of ionized and alkaline water. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and it is one of the best decisions I have made for my family and me.
Outside of drinking the alkaline/ionized water, I use the machine's acid water, as well. I have a form of psoriasis that I've been hammering with corticosteroids for nearly 15 years. If anyone takes these topical steroids to battle inflammation, then you know that corticosteroids thins your skin and eventually causes severe nerve pain whenever treated areas are touched.
But after seeing the Japanese water footage on the DVD and spraying the acid water on my skin at home, I am now completely off corticosteroids, and my skin feels a LOT better. I'm getting calls from my dermatologist asking why I haven't been in to see her in so long. No more medical bills, prescriptions, or lost time at the doctor! Don't get me wrong, I still get inflammation, but when I spray myself with the acidic 2.5pH water, within hours the inflammation is significantly reduced and the itchiness and skin tightness go away.
I also use the 2.5 acid water to disinfect my house. Just spraying this water on household surfaces will kill any micro organisms within 30 seconds. And that is a clinical fact that Monica will happily validate upon request (thanks for "volunteering", Monica!)
Anyway. That's my story with the machine. It does work, and you can finance the machines through Enagic now starting at $50/month. If any of you have any ailments, you NEED to step up and do yourself a favor. Ask Monica for a DVD and watch the video, like I did. You have nothing to lose, and if nothing else, the demonstrations are VERY cool to watch. It quickly makes you realize just how bad commercial waters, tap water, and soft drinks are for our bodies.
I'll get off my soapbox, but I at least wanted to give some personal feedback on the water machine. The unit I bought at the beginning of 2009 is the SD501.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions about it, as well.
Take care,
Steve
