Opening to Channel is a fantastic book, and it works. I channel an entity (an aspect of my Higher Self) quite regularly :¬)
The feeling associated with the entity is incredible; the space in my mind expands a hundred fold, I feel about 100 feet tall, and full of grace and love. Being in the moment becomes effortless and bliss abounds. My body temperature rises, along with a faster heartbeat.
The messages are always about opening the heart, and of course, painted by my own personality.
