Along with visualizations and exercises to help you make a connection and hold a channeling state, it describes some of the lighter technical details about channeling itself, how it works, what kind of entities can be channeled, and some personal experiences from the two authors.
Like I said earlier, the channeling group I was a part of had a much more fruitful experience channeling our higher selves rather than the ET friend we made. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who feels like it is something they would like to do.
