    A good website for the Myers-Briggs types is personalitypage.com it's the most in-depth analysis I've come across.

    The further analysis is provided on the personal growth pages. It looks at what the strengths and weaknesses are with respect to the dominant function and in relation to the auxillary. Also, of course, prescriptions for improvement are given.

    All really helps with interpersonal relations.
