Given that we have a house divided, do we try to unify the house or do we proceed as befits our part of it? I don't think we're likely to convince the powerful beings that withhold the technology to unite with us in service to others, but it may be possible to minimize their influence so that the rest of us can grasp the needle and point the compass.
I vote for unify the house, but this is a social complex. My left eyeball doesn't tell my body what to do, it just plays its individual part and the whole that is my body ends up where it ends up. And here I am disagreeing with the very proposition of achieving unification by minimizing their influence. I support kind works. That is my contribution. I am not a persuasive mentality, therefore I don't desire to persuade.
IMO, Ra was just telling us how it is that our social memory complex isn't unified. They mentioned both Services in the same boat of "muddled"-ness. This film may cause another to love, but it also may cause some control issues. Either way, that is their choice. I particularly don't see that following this myself is a correct way to achieve.
