Minimizing the negative influence, in the current context, refers to their ability to withhold the technology.

I've pondered much on this. It appears that, at the highest levels of conspiracy, are actually the light beings. From what I gather, the dark elements of humanity have been allowed to suppress certain technologies because humanity has not yet demonstrated that we are responsible enough to handle them. Maybe this has something to do with the convergence of the paths in 6D.

But on a more practical level, I am reminded of the recent foreign policy debate. In consideration of how many politicians (and the people they represent) feel that "We'll kill them before they kill us!" is an appropriate way to deal with terrorism and social conflict, perhaps it is best that we do not have free energy.

I completely agree, and that's why it's been very encouraging to see that some of my children's science resources do mention, and even feature, Tesla. True, my children are home-schooled and their teacher (my wife) is somewhat eclectic (not to mention influenced moderately by the Ra material), but nonetheless the resources are out there to find now. I'm pretty sure they weren't when I was a kid.

Who is the publisher of said resources? I would really be surprised if it were Houghton-Mifflin or McGraw-Hill or Macmillan. (Apparently, having an "M" name is what qualifies a company to publish textbooks for children.)
