Prayer...Whom do you pray to? Are we just talking to ourselves?

I don't know that I actually "pray" in the contemporary sense. Though, I do ask for blessings for my loved ones and any who might need something to their highest good each morning. Beyond that, I have sort of a meandering discourse with the Creator about things that are happening.

I usually end that talk with the following from a Qu'o session (can't remember which one) that has always resonated well with me.

What is your will for me today?
How shall I serve? What shall I experience?
And, in what shall I rejoice?
